High-Performance Canopy Flocking

June 8 - 9, 2019

Canopy flocking is an amazing way to build your canopy skills. Flying tight formations with your high-performance canopy teaches you the subtle nuances of your canopy that you'll never learn flying solo. You'll gain knowledge of your front riser, rear riser, body weight shift, and even how much your body position affects your forward speed. Plan on doing 5 - 6 jumps per day.

What to bring:

  • Helmet - no exceptions
  • Hook knife - no exceptions (check out these)
  • High-performance cross-braced canopy (loaded at 2.3 - 3.0)
  • Baggy clothes as an option
  • Full commitment for the entire weekend (8:00am - 5:00pm Sat & Sun)
  • Cameras are OK

We will meet in the CSC conference room at 8:00am on Saturday morning to go over safety, techniques, and determine group size(s). Please be sure to waiver up beforehand. We will start with small groups for introductory techniques and work up to more complicated flocks and/or bigger groups as skills and confidence builds.

Registration - $25
