Adventure Together Video Contest

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR “ADVENTURE TOGETHER VIDEO CONTEST”

      1. The promoter of the “Adventure Together Video Contest” is Chicagoland Skydiving Center (referred to as CSC), a Sky Team Company located at 1207 West Gurler Road Rochelle, IL 61068.

      2. Employees of CSC or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

      3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

      4. Contestants must be 18 years or older to enter the contest.

      5. Contestants must live near the Quad City area (within 100 miles of Rochelle, IL) to be qualified. 

      6. Route to entry for the contest and details of how to enter are via the Facebook contest page. 

      7. Closing date for entry will be August 28, 2016 at 4p.m. CST. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

      8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

      10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

      11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition

      12. One grand prize winner of this contest will receive the following to be redeemed at Chicagoland Skydiving Center in Rochelle, IL.:
        (2) 9,000 ft tandem skydives
        (2) PRO multimedia packages 

        Total Retail Value for Prize Package is $479.96

      13.  Winners are expected to provide their own transportation to and from CSC to claim their prize. 

      14. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

      15. All participants must be registered by submitting the form and uploading a video on the CSC Facebook contest page.

      16. One winner will be announced on September 2, 2016. The winner will be the video with the most fan votes.

      17. The winner will be notified by email and announced on the CSC Facebook Page. The winner will be responsible for booking their tandem jump at CSC. By entering the contest, you agree to have your name used on our website and social media websites.

      18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

      19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

      20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.

      21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 1207 West Gurler Road Rochelle, IL 61068.

      22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

      23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. TabSite, Twitter or any other social network.
