A very happy new year to everyone. We hope you had a safe and happy holiday season. Here at CSC, we have been working hard on the new facilities. Construction is moving along, but we have our work cut out for us for the next 3 months. So much for a nice relaxing winter!

The marketing team is finalizing the event calendar which will include over three times as many two-plane weekends, great boogies, guest organizers, specialty aircraft, live music, fund raisers, and much more. CSC is turning the corner from a small DZ to a world class skydiving center that all of us can be proud of. The changes we are making are not just physical - we are changing much about the way CSC does business. We look forward to showing you the new CSC!

What better way to celebrate all of these changes than joining us at the CSC Winter Party this Saturday, January 7th at 7:00pm? The party is open to current and future CSC friends. There will be light appetizers and open bar. Please RSVP by email or the Facebook event page.

Experienced Jumpers

Below outlines the discount packages available for experienced jumpers looking to save a few bucks:

Retail - $25.00
$1,000 Buy-In - receive $3.00 discount on all jumps made in 2012
$2,000 Buy-In - receive $4.00 discount on all jumps made in 2012
$3,000 Buy-In - receive $5.00 discount on all jumps made in 2012
Buy 10, Get 1 Free
$17.00 jumps every Wednesday
$17.00 jumps every Sunday (non-holiday weekends) after 4:00pm
$20.00 jumps all day long for jumpers on load 1 (if the load takes off before 8:00am)
Team rates available

PROpass

The coveted all-you-can-jump CSC PROpass will be available again in 2012, but due to demand, we will take names until midnight, January 15th via email. At that point, we'll do a random lottery to see who receives the 12 available PROpasses. The price is $3,750.00. Payment must be made in-full by 1/31/2012 or that PROpass will become available to the next person on the lottery list. Good luck.

Construction Update

This phase of the construction has taken longer than we anticipated, but we knew issues would pop up when taking on a project like this. CSC Gear Sale

It's that time of year. CSC is selling off demo, tandem, and student gear, as well as other used equipment. Click here for a current list.

Demo Gear Program

One of the many things we are really proud of at CSC is our approach skydiving gear. Between our tandem, student, transition, and demo equipment, you won't find anything more than three years old in our gear room. It has been a long and expensive process, but it will remain the standard from now on at CSC. We've also invested heavily into an exciting new demo program. We have brand-new Mirage G4s with PD canopies and Vigil IIs on the rack for you to jump. We have a range of colors and sizes available and can be purchased on the spot. Regular gear rental prices apply, however, if you like the rig and decide to purchase it (or order new equipment), CSC will apply the demo rental fee(s) towards your purchase. Did you know that CSC offers 1/2 priced gear rental Monday through Friday?

Third Coast Parachute Service

Speaking of gear, we are proud to announce that Third Coast Parachute Service will be calling CSC home beginning this season. Betsy Hoats-Smith brings her many years of rigging experience and her unparalleled customer service to our dropzone. Third Coast is a full-service, full-time parachute maintenance service company that can perform minor and major repairs on-site. They will be located upstairs in the loft of the main CSC hangar. Be sure to "like" their Facebook page to receive specials and to stay current on gear related issues.
