Customer Care Team

CSC is known for amazing guest services and we plan to continue that. We have full-time and part-time positions available for our customer care team, which serves both the front office and manifest office. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Training is available for all aspects of this position.

About tHIS POSITION

CSC operates April thru October. We fly every day during peak months and limited days per week in the early and late season. The office is typically open up to one hour before start time each day and up to one hour past sunset load. Full-time team members are expected to work 40 hours per week. Overtime may occur during special events or holiday weekends.

Pay is hourly, commensurate with experience plus a commission structure based on sales made on-site and over the phone. 

Customer Care tasks include but are not limited to: Providing guest assistance and reservations by phone, email, online chat, and in person. Handling transactions for goods and services. Running skydive staff rotation as defined by Operations Manager. Communicating with jump staff, pilots, air boss, and grounds crew as needed for conducting operations. Basic tidying of workspace and general admin tasks. Proactive sales of tandem group skydive events with regional organizations (commission paid). General operations assistance as assigned.

Required skills: Age 18 or older. Fluent in English with good grammar and spelling. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking. Comfortable using computers, phones, and mobile devices.

Valuable skills: Previous customer service experience. Previous manifest experience at a dropzone operating multiple aircraft at once. Knowledge of Burble software from the dropzone/admin side. Fluency in a language other than English. An eye for detail. Project management experience. The ability to seamlessly bounce between tasks and the willigness to put in the time it takes to get it right, even when the beer light is on.
