Making a jump for the first time is a big step for most people and the experience can be overwhelming. At CSC, we strive to make the guest experience amazing from the time they visit our website all the way until they get in the car after their tandem skydive. To accomplish that, we need people on-site to usher new jumpers through the process. We're looking for candidates with a fun, outgoing personality who can see the experience through the lens of the guest. Anticipate potential problems and be the point of contact for guests. Educate them on skydiving, aircraft, weather delays, show them around the facility, and talk them them about their next jump. This is not a customer care/manifest position, this is a roaming staff member who is simply there to make the guest's experience first class.
