The seasons are definitely changing around here. We are seeing sluggish starts in the morning with temperatures on the ground in the lower 30s, but by mid-morning, the Super Otter has been turning with plenty of experienced jumpers and students trying to get in as many jumps as possible before the season comes to an official close on November 16. We are still seeing record numbers of first-time tandem students jumping despite the temperatures, time of year, and economy. We did more tandems in the first week of October than we did in October 2007. Let's hope this trend continues.

CSC is happy to announce that retail jump prices for experienced jumpers are now $23.00 - down from $25.00. With the recent decrease of oil prices, we can bring prices back down a bit.

This is a big week for CSC Rhythm XP and The DS Project. Rhythm XP's competition jumps start today at the US Nationals in Eloy, AZ and Matty, Nathan, and I are leaving tomorrow for the freefly event which begins on Thursday.

Keep an eye on Rhythm XP today via OmniSkore. As I'm writing this update, I see that Rhythm has already posted the highest score on round 1!

We are very excited to report that our PAC 750XL will be delivered from the factory in New Zealand earlier than expected. Originally, our delivery date was March 2010, but we were able to move into an earlier production slot which allows us to take delivery in March 2009. The timing is perfect and we're excited about bringing a brand-new, zero time aircraft onto the flight line with our Super Otter. We are working on the 2009 aircraft schedule right now, but at this point, we are planning to have both the Super Otter and PAC 750XL at CSC during our busy weekends in June, July, and August.
