It's been a few weeks since we've sent out an update. Things have been running at an all-time record breaking pace. In the first 10 days of July, we flew 193 Super Otter and PAC loads! The $15 Independence Boogie was a big hit. Plans are already in the works to make next years event bigger and better.

Last weekend, we were proud to take part in the POPS record attempt at Skydive Chicago. Congratulations to all of the participants for breaking the Illinois record for the largest formation (64) of people over 40 years old. It was great working with our competing dropzone on this collaborative event. Speaking of, our Super Otter is flying in Ottawa all week while the PAC flies here at home.

Meanwhile, back at CSC, the teams have been training hard and the student business is keeping us extremely busy. Please note that we will be closed next Monday, July 23. The full-time staff are heading off for a few days of much deserved R & R. We will be back by noon on Wednesday to resume our normal schedule. The office will also be closed on Monday & Tuesday.

Friday the 13th was a busy day for us. Proof that people cannot pass up perfect weather and a Super Otter. We put a speedstar together for lucky load 13 and made every walk under a ladder on the way to the plane!

This past Sunday was a very busy one here. After getting weathered out a bit on Saturday, we had a surge of business on Sunday. Special thanks to our staff for stepping up. We had several instructors break personal records for the most jumps made in a day. We did it all with just one aircraft since the PAC was flying at 7-Hills Skydivers near Madison, WI.

We finally got the webcams up and running again. Special thanks to Andy Metcalfe for helping out.
